Workshop with the University College of Teacher Education Vienna
The workshop Verwobene Ökologien invites students to collectively explore Karlsplatz as a dynamic urban environment. Through creative and artistic approaches, participants engage with the city in new ways, developing fresh perspectives on urban ecology. Rather than treating ecology as an abstract or purely theoretical concept, the workshop approaches it as something lived and experienced—through our bodies, through materials, and through the ways we inhabit and share space.
A series of artistic exercises transforms public space into a site for collective learning, experimentation, and exchange. In this process, participants generate new ideas and ways of understanding their relationship to the environment and the networks that connect us within it.
