Training A–Z (For Seniors)

Training from A to Z:  For each letter, we’ll do a movement and tackle a few brainteasers. The artworks in the (No) Funny Games exhibition at Karlsplatz create a relaxed atmosphere. Participants are asked to bring their own mats and water bottles. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
